We service the communities on southern Vancouver Island and work closely with community partners to provide accessibility to programs and resources that will support and create opportunities. By working collaboratively with interagency and interdisciplinary care teams, we offer a wide variety of supports to meet each Individual’s unique needs and help them to build a path to reach their set goals.
We believe that the Individuals we serve can direct their own affairs and make their own decisions. We achieve this through person-centered planning. This is the driving force behind the provision of our services.
